For small and medium-sized businesses that need a reliable 1U rackmount storage system to store files as well as backup sets centrally, the actiNAS XL 1U-4 is the right choice. Four hard drives can be equipped into the Linux-based system and offer more than 50 TeraBytes of storage capacity. The actiNAS XL 1U-4 NAS system is easy to integrate into an existing IT infrastructure via the built-in 10/1Gb-Ethernet RJ45 interfaces. Management will be done via the implemented webGUI as well as the separate RJ45 IPMI 2.0 server management port. The cost effective storage solution includes a three-year limited warranty period with Advance Replacement Service of defective parts (Fast Exchange Service).

Just store – Data and Backup Sets

The actiNAS XL 1U-4 storage system is ideal as centralized storage within an existing IT infrastructure. RAID-managed Hard Disk Drives (HDD) or Solid State Disks (SSD) provide low-cost storage for an easy storing of data. Alternatively, the backup sets of an disk-based backup can be stored and kept ready. Installed in a separate fire section the backup sets keep available in case of a disaster. If desired, it is also possible to replicate the data to a second actiNAS XL 1U-4.

Reliable through proven Server Components

Equipped with components out of the server class, original Intel server CPU, embedded server motherboard with DDR4-ECC-RAM, and server management port via a separate IPMI 2.0 interface, the actiNAS XL 1U-4 is especially prepared for use within system environments as a separate backup or data storage system with access for authorized users. Two (dual) RJ45 LAN interfaces 10Gb-/1Gb-Ethernet are available for connection to the existing LAN.
