Regional Sales Manager (Asia Pacific)
Responsibilities
- Meets and/or exceed sales revenue target for assigned territory through the development of effective account strategies, territory planning and formal pipeline development
- Provides accurate forecasting information
- Keeps informed for new products and services
- Actively seeks and maintain competitive information/activity
Technical Engineer (Asia Pacific)
Responsibilities
- Field Support for the installation, upgrade and operational support of actidata Products
- Responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting
- Proactive monitoring of information systems and services to ensure efficiency and resources optimization
- Conduct Product Training Courses
Marketing Executive (Asia Pacific)
Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in developing and executing all strategic marketing and communications plans Asia Pacific
- Develop and execute marketing / promotional campaigns
- Monthly A&P budgetary control and quarterly review submission reports
- Preparation of marketing reviews for monthly meetings and business plans
- Develop and generate media releases, key messages, media FAQs, speeches, and presentations where required
- Establish good media relations. Manage media and public interest to generate constant coverage and maintain awareness
- Compilation of PR clippings / report on a monthly basis
- Handle and coordinate all media requests and enquiries in a timely manner
- Conceptualize, co-ordinate and manage events, product launches, media previews, etc
- Keep current with marketing trends, innovations, communication techniques and any media regulations
Office/Sales Administrator (Asia Pacific)
Responsibilities
- Organise and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of Asia Pacific office
- Use a range of office software, including email, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Manage filing systems/library
- Develop and implement new administrative systems, such as record management
- Record office expenditure and manage the budget
- Organise the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment
- Maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs
- Manage cleaning contractors and ensure high hygiene standards in the office
- Organise and chair meetings with your staff, include typing the agenda and taking minutes
- Oversee the recruitment of new staff, sometimes including training and induction
- Carry out staff appraisals, managing performance and disciplining staff
- Delegate work to staff and managing their workload and output
- Hold meetings with senior management to review performance
- Respond to staff enquiries and complaints related to office admin
- Any other projects which may be assigned from time to time
